The Franco-American Women
Mailing List
Back to the Franco-American Connection
This list is an open list which focuses on Franco-American women's
issues and studies. The purpose of the list is to heighten the awareness
about the Franco-American women in the mainstream population and any other
persons interested in cultural work and studies. There is a large
population of Franco-American women in the Northeast and throughout the
US.
The Franco-American women arrived in the US through a land bridge crossing
from Quebec. We are the descendants of these women.
To sign up for the list or to view the archives, go to http://lists.Maine.edu/archives/fafemm-l.html
The list is NOT a general Franco-American cultural discussion, but it
is a list specific to Franco-American women. The membership of this
listserv is not published or accessible to other list subscribers.
